The Steamed Flower Crab in Shaoxing Wine was delicate and sweet, and the restaurant’s special sauce which contains a combination of house-made chicken oil, sweet fermented rice wine, and spiced Shaoxing wine made this dish literally intoxicating, in a really good way.
Our personal favourite was the Pineapple Char Siew Tart which is a nice marriage of sweet, savoury and sour flavours. The warm buttery pastry and the sweet cookie crust nicey complemented the diced pineapple and char siew bits.

A star dish at Tang Lung is the Steamed Flower Crab in Shaoxing Wine. Two flower crabs lie on a bed of vermicelli noodles, soaking up the delicious sauce. The sweetness of the flower crab is further enhanced with the addition of fermented rice, spiced Shaoxing wine and chicken oil.
